雷利Training(18)

原來我星期日跑完,不知不覺已經過左四日啦。
見坐左幾日,日日夜夜不斷塞D野落個腦到,真係有D暈暈地架。
所以今晚點都出去郁下先。

食完飯,到九點半就換衫出發。 

見跑左幾次機場島,今晚就一於跑去映灣園嗰邊啦。

頭4K都保持到30分鐘內,但尾既4K就唔掂啦,保持唔到咯。不過無所謂既,我都係想出一身汗啫。

跑既時候,確實係幾舒服架。腦可以靜落黎休息下,又可以排下垃圾出去。

跑完例牌濕到可以扭水啦。但我最鍾意係咁,嘻嘻!!!!

但有一樣好憎既係街上仍有不少黃金,真係請D狗主唔該做返一個有公德心既狗主啦。帶狗落街散步係絕對有呢個需要,我係明白既。但狗狗要大小便,呢D狗主應該帶備合適既清潔工具啦。搞到周街都係一舊二舊黃金,無D公德心,離譜左D咯!!!!

那霸馬拉松 NaHa Marathon

藉着家庭旅行去沖繩,咁o岩見到個時間係那霸馬拉松舉行既日子。所以呢.......就係6月嗰時報名啦。
而係今日8月7日公佈抽籤結果。
竟然又幸運地抽中左呀。


換句話說,繼上次2014年既阪馬後,我將會去完成第二隻既海外馬啦。

確實係有D緊張既。一來今次既完成時間係6小時15分,相對阪馬的7小時為短。另外,是聽聞斜路起伏大。所以我今次都係以完賽為目標。

同樣,希望借著跑比賽,多D去練跑既同時,比自己理由去做下運動,減下肥啦。
加油呀!!!!

雷利Training (17)

星期四跑完之後,不知點解,訓捩頸呀,痛左幾日,半夜會痛到醒左,睡眠質素差到爆炸呀!!!

見咁多日都訓得差,又周身骨痛,今晚就諗諗下,不如都照落去跑下先。未必跑得長,但都出身汗啦。
其實星期五夜,去左同幾位CPE既同覺仔食自助餐,內咎感驅使我落去既動力大好多。呢幾位同覺仔好謙虛架,又肯幫人,實在難得架。係佢地身下學到好多做人處事既道理。正呀。

因此我都係死死氣咁落去,但氣溫有成30度,好熱呀,點解夜晚都仲咁熱架?
我跑左入去機場,去到3K左右,唔得啦,要行啦,無力啦,好攰呀。。。。。
今晚係半行半跑之下,總算做左一小時既運動,自己都不禁比自己一個叻呀,哈哈!!!!

希望之後幾日都唔好落雨住,夜晚溫完書可以落去跑下啦。

雷利Training(16)

今晚見有少少時間,所以決定十點左右落街跑下啦。
其實做下運動,出一身汗,都幾爽下架。尤其係壓力大既時候,更加需要去做運動,出汗比自己減下壓呀。
呢排不是溫書就係溫書,不斷地坐定定係到背背背.........好老實,真係幾攞命架。
但無計啦,自己想既唯有出力地做好啦。

講起今晚既跑步,天氣有成29度架。係夜晚既時份有29度既氣溫,想攞人命咩。我只係跑左3公里左右,已經感覺到件衫已經濕哂啦。當踩完機場出返黎東涌時,發覺頭、手、腳都係汗。不過我就係鍾意呢種濕哂既感覺。爽呀!!!!

上星期六跟左三位靚仔上山,行完肌肉是緊到不得了的。經過幾日既休息,今晚總算郁動自如啦。不再是緊緊的啦。
希望再操好D,減磅多D,到十月既雷利,可以同隊友一次過搞掂佢。完賽為目標,衝呀!!!!

話說當我跑完時,見頭髮未乾,就拎D筆記望下啦,但可樂就好似唔多想我溫習咯,仲要壓住唔比我睇咯!!!!

Try My Best

This was in Chinese. 
I finished all examinations of Year 1 CPE Law Program. And I can enjoy my Summer Holiday. However, The result of the Examination released middle of July. I was failed two subjects out of three. Which means that I have to re-sit the examination.......>.<

Re-sit examination will be held on 15/8 and 18/8. 

Since I know that I have to retake the examination, I started to my preparation. So.....I have to sit in the self-study room after work.   Seems to be tiring but I need to struggle and put more effort to reach my main goal.

What subjects were I failed?
I failed Public Law and Contract Law.
I have to choose three questions each subject in the exam. And I have to memorize about 20 case laws and principle for each question. Was quite difficult for me so for this time I need more focus with this.

To the person who has a kind heart I would like to say Thank you for my classmate - Florence. She let me to borrow her personal notes for my reference when she knew my bad news. Perhaps it will help me a lot. Thank you very much.

To our Almighty God the Father thanked you so much for all of this despite of my failures but I am not hopeless with it.

You bless and graces are so great and so real.

雷利 training (15)

自從星期六上山之後,呢幾日D肌肉都好似唔係自己咁,特別是大腿肌肉..........嗰日上黃龍坑既一段路,可能揹住3L既水,負磅重左之下,當不斷地上上上上既時候,到尾段就開始賣老抽啦。

每逢賣完老抽,嗰一組肌肉都會痛幾日,我就係正正處於呢種痛楚之中啦,希望快D痛完啦。

呢排都經常坐定定溫書,預備補考,實在好痛苦架,又再一次面對考試。唉................
不過無計啦,當時自己病左咁考,發揮係受到好大既影響既,所以補考都正常。所以今次知道要補考之後,我十分著重身體既健康,唔要病住咁考試呀!!!!

今晚就見有D時間,就落一落街郁下啦。
只係跑左5K就無力啦,可能星期六既山上之旅令我未回復呀。不過唔緊要既,我想出身汗啫,出完身汗,爽哂!!!



今晚有個大大既月亮陪住我跑,同埋今日係七月既最後一日,落街郁下,都幾正下架!!!!
